Q: Has my order been shipped?

Q: My item arrived damaged – what should I do?

A: We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package, including photos of the damaged item. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for packaging damage caused by the courier.


Q: I ordered multiple items but only received one – where are the others?

A: Don’t worry! If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. It’s normal for them to arrive at different times. The remaining items will be delivered to you soon!


Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: We will do our best to accommodate changes. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it. For changes such as delivery address or item details, please contact us as quickly as possible.
